The Opportunity 

 

Doodle Labs is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join the Sales team. They will help qualify inbound sales opportunities, work with Sales Engineers to support customers, and they will pursue outbound sales opportunities. This position requires an outgoing and personable individual with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask. Individuals who can learn and understand high-level technical concepts will find success when speaking with our customers. 

 

Competitive compensation for this position will be a combination of a base salary and commission. 

 

 

Roles & Responsibilities 

 

  • Act as the first point of contact (phone and email) to qualify and direct new customer inquiries 

  • Coordinate orders from customers and outside sale representatives, and draft sales bids 

  • Support the marketing team on campaign production and execution  

  • Outbound sales efforts to generate new opportunities at target accounts  

 

Key Attributes 

 

  • Proven track record as a top-performing enterprise seller 

  • Demonstrated ability leading sales teams selling ground-breaking hardware, OEM, and/or Enterprise solutions 

  • Strong people management, mentoring, coaching and development experience 

  • Alignment with company values 

  • Exposure to the drone and robotics industry is a plus  

 

Qualifications & Experience  

 

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • 1+ years of inside sales experience 

  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Experience working with a CRM is preferred
